This is an ahistorical mod, using the map World According To Kasperus, or WATK for short.

The idea is too do twists and create ahistorical outcomes by manipulating history into the most interesting way possible. However, because some limit is needed, changes up to 400 years back in time before gamestart is the maximum.

A beta will later be released, probably when the initial scenario setup is finished.

BTW, as i wrote before it's just the incgrid.tbl file that can't work in moddir so just make a backup of the Vanilla and place the EU2/WATK 3.1/Map/incgrid.tbl in the EU2/map folder.

May I make a suggestion?

If it's an Abberation sort of concept,why not divide England into the Duchies of York & Lancaster in south & central England, with perhaps an independent Cornwall in alliance with Brittany?

Also, for centuries the north of England was 'Danelaw', the part of the country administered by the Vikings; you could have a similar thing by giving the three of four northern provinces to Denmark so it looks like England in about 800 or 900 or thereabouts, with the independent Duchies at war with them :D

Just my two cents ;)

Well, depends on. My policy is to go a maximum of 400 years back in time, and to not be bound by the balancemania they had when they made Aberration. It would be Union of Kalmar and not Denmark. Or Jutland, depends on I suppose. ;) My thought was a saxon England, but I'm open to suggestions.
 
I need some suggestions on France;



Normandie, Caux and Picardie is no problem, but anyone having any idea of who to give Ile de France, Limoges, Auvergne, Languedoc, Bourbon and Berri to? Preferably not very strong countries.

Occitan is a state culture. I think it would seem a little ugly to make Occitania a twoprovince coutnry so then I need to merge some. Or one could form Occitania. There's plenty of options.

That would better indeed, in that case you have to made them all small, indepedent duchies, or you can give the provinces to some of their neighbours. Who is actually that state who owns Barcelona, The Baleares, Sardinia and the province?

Barcelona. It's kind of Venice in this mod, as Venice will be rather landbased, Genoa's power broken and Pisa is mostly an important city. :)

That is a good idea, but this means you can't give them some of the french provinces. What about the other french minors? Possibly you can give some lands to them?

After reading some, I know that Languedoc was in the interest of Barcelona early on, so I can give it to them! Then i can give Limoges to Aquitaine, I suppose and maybe merge Berri-Bourbon into Bourbon and make Auvergne in Auvergne...

No. Latin Empire is therel, and we have Epirus and Nicaea if you want to revive Byzantium, which will be possible.

No. I will work on Italy after France, then HRE and then Balkan, then maybe Middle East.

Heck, fixing TI is Hell.

The CoA's are maded by Birger and the flag by Cool-toxic. I can't however guarantee that they are the most historical CoA you can find on this forum. :cool:
