Audio Issue

I'm using Logitech G35 7.1 surround sound headset and when the phoenix uses it's laser beams the audio goes really glitchy, It maybe because I have it on surround sound mode but still, I turned off surround sound mode and am going to try it with it off, I will post results later on /Maybe up to 24 hour's for a reply sorry.

I'm using the same headset but no issues. Are your drivers up to date for the headset?

got the same bug, logitech g930 with surround sound, breaks my ears when the bird fires, also when u use the special ability with rogue gunner

@Jerres Yes that is correct the Rogue Gunner (I forgot to add that before cause I forgot) sound is so annoying and i can still hear the glitched noises when surround sound is off... It's so painful but I love this game so much I bare with it.

@Colonel_Black Yes I updated my software etc from http://www.logitech.com/en-nz/support/5095?crid=407&osid=14&bit=64 . I also tested my headset on youtube and tested it play all sorta of music and no glitches there. Just then annoying Phoenix and Rouge Gunner

Rocking it in USB 2.0 due to USB 3.0 on the Logitech G35 isn't compatible on it.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue. There is already a thread regarding this, please post your DxDiag and any other information you have regarding your sound system there, it would be greatly helpful for the devs to figure out what is going on.
