I'm curious as to why Gunny did this...

Anyways, it seems from the group vote in V-net that the game is over. Jh and I entertained thoughts of beating up on the AI, but instead I'll watch a video with the missus and commiserate each other about the entirely unfair Italian world cup win. ;)

I think we can safely say the allies can claim victory in this game. For once though, it'd be nice to see Axis players have the stomach to fight a defensive battle even after the initiative has passed to the allies. If only Adolf had behaved like this IRL. After the first russian counter-attack in December 1941 the war would have been over otherwise... :p

I agree with you joel but 90% of the german troops were less then 50% strength...and he needed something like 500 manpower to replace loss when he had no MP. I had just overrun 50 divisions in the crimea. I have 450 divisions streaming forward with nothing i nthe way. I understand where you and JH are coming from but lets put it down to a learning experience. We have a committment from all the guys now that we will play out our games as far as possible.

Game has offically been terminated after a group vote. I will be adding in a clause in our rules for finishing games.

It will read:
All games to be played until a group vote decides otherwise. A tie means the game will contiue. Players must abide by the vote if they wish to continue playing in the Aussie group.
