Description​

Playing as Austria in non-hist, going down the AU-HU path. Choosing to demand Hungarin submission. The first decision (Military excercise) worked, but before completing the second (industrial bribary), the buttons greyed out and there and everywhere else (see screenshot), it says, there are currently efforts to bring back old lands - which is not true.

Shortly after. HU canceled the non-aggression-pact from the first decision and then attacked me. I conquered them but the bug remains
