Version HoI 1.06 (and CORE) have new counters in which also the country flags are displayed.
I have made a counter for Germany with a more "authentic" flag. I won't try to post it here - instead I have posted the file in the Stony Road Forum Index » Stony Road to War » Stony Road Graphics&Sprites in a post called "Use NATO counters instead of sprites".
