Autoassign titles to women again

Description​

We had this issue a while a go but now when i conquer a country and have many titles to assign and not enough characters and than use autoassign, it finds or creates new characters and they are mostly female. Like 80 % right now.

Steps to reproduce​

Tries it with norse->norman-> english and than with persians. all the same
