Automatically Add Trolleybus Wires

Forget upgrading roads to have wires. When we make trolleybus routes, the wires should be automatically added, and serve no purpose other than visually being there. These will not be new roads, just ones that appear to have trolleybus wires, but still use the same non-sunset harbor roads. This would make people actually want to use trolleybusses for once.

that"d certainly be better than the current situation, fully agreed that wires should be something that can apply to any road instead of needing its own separate ones.
also, the game needs to stop preventing trolleybus and tram working together, just let the bus use the tram wires too
