Since the last patch I can now build the thing for every district.

For example I currently have an automated building in my city district, but I can also build one for my generator districts despite the "planet limit 1". Is this a bug or is this intended with the new patch ?

I think it's working as intended. I think each "type" of district has it's own version of the automation building, and it's 1 per planet for each version.

It'd be pretty weird if adding automation to city districts prevented automation from farming districts, and vice versus.
