Confirmed autosave and save on exit with ironman with new dlc is broken

Autosave and save on exit with ironman with new dlc is broken, just lost 14 hours of gameplay. Game with dlc is currently unplayable with ironman. I played the linux version and now just too afraid to lose my game to play ironman and get them achievements. I don't want to play without ironman.

I can play on windows, but I like my penguin.

to recreate, start as petty king of wessex, betroth a minor, let betrother expire after her maturity, hold grand wedding successfully with expired betrothed during which you make her your soulmate and impregnate her, notice that you are not married (bug) so invite her to your court and break her betrothal with another guy, marry her again in grand wedding while she is pregnant with your babe, notice you are now actually married, keep playing for 14 hours, then exit, go to sleep, wake up, call your mother and wish her happy mother's day, open up game, and then notice that 14 hours are gone because it only saved once on game start.

Same here. Start Custom game on HRR. played 20 Yeahrs ingame. Exit the game-restart the game. Save-Date just from the first InGame-Day. All this on Ironmode without Wedding. Played on PC

Maybe related, though not entirely the same:
My ironman save on the newest patch got messed up too. It did save properly before, but yesterday when I loaded it, it somehow opened the New Game Screen. I thought I had misclicked for New Game, but when I exited to main menu it saved the game under the name of my former save and the main menu showed the default screen with William and Matilda instead of my characters. And when I reloaded the save it was again in this "New Game" screen and saying something about Observer Mode. It seems my characters are gone.

Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue on a fresh game on our side. Albeit I am also currently unable to conduct more prolonged playthrough at work, and the issue might be related to this.

Could you provide the affected saves? I know, that technically they're from beginning of your playing, however maybe we might find something useful there, that would indicate what causes the problem.

Hi there! We're unable to reproduce the issue however It reminds us of a similar issue from way back. The issue being that your steam cloud storage could be full, and as such is unable to save the progress. We have added the issue to our database regardless.
