Release them and then free them. Germany hardly needs the resources post Barbarossa, and they can always trade their huge energy reserves for rares with a free, allied Russia. No dissent (except the regular 5% for authoritarian) and they can trade for resources themselves, so their economies are more stable.

Well you've got to admit , Russia is a hell of a colony

Although, IIRC, russia's techteams arent very good. Most of the USSR is worth keeping because of the high IC. Although one huge puppet is always fun to have.

I think the allies get less dissent for releasing countries such as russia and scandinavia...if they even get dissent events...

I guess the Luftwaffe really needs some practice, they've been bombing that division for over a year now and it still hasn't lost any strength or organisation.

DMP is the Graphics (though the sprites are not DMP - they are HoI2 Sprites Compendium with some personal modifications that I'm not allowed to include in the Compendium)

SMEP lets you liberate Macedonia.
