Bad tooltip placement in activity windows

Description​

When hovering over characters in the new activity windows, the tooltips sometimes generate directly below the cursor, making it all but impossible to click on the character.

Steps to reproduce​

Go to a feast or a hunt and hover over characters in the activity screen or wait for the events within the activity to fire. Sooner or later you are bound to encounter a tooltip that has generated in the same spot where your cursor is.
