@stnylan Realism won't be a limitation in this AAR and yeah, he's probably percieved like a martian beign that he is in the capital of a state that has been completely isolated for 200 years
@J66185 He's from Genoa, as of 1836 port of the Kingdom of Sardinia the actual Nino Bixio was the second in command during Garibaldi's expedition in the Two Sicilies, and in his youth he was sent to East Asia on a trading vessel after being expelled 5 times from school
