Barbarians forming Barbarian Nation

Recently, playing as Pontus, I noticed Emporion was under siege from Barbarians. Massillia's capital was occupied by rebels, so the Barbarians formed their own nation. They have adopted the generic Barbarian flag and named themselves 'Barbarians'.

This may be WASD, but I very much doubt it.

Quick update: I decided to play as the playable "Barbarian" tribe and as soon as the game began (playing as Barbarians), the game crashed to desktop. I also noticed that the province has a disproportionate amount of Slaves, raking in a huge, monthly 16.5 gold in taxes alone and is sitting on a vast fortune of 3000+ gold.

This is clearly a bug. I have attached the offending saved game in this post. This saved game also has this problem occuring (check Seleucia and Babylon).

EDIT: So, after another attmept. I managed to play as the "Barbarian" nation. Somehow this made every single Barbarian on the map playable. Observe:
