I'm not actually here to make a discussion. I'm here to share two very well-researched videos I've found recently that I thought people in this forum might find very interesting.

(1) Animated map of Barbarossa, 1941.

The professionalism here speaks for itself. The display of exact positions of Soviet and German formations is just amazing. Eastory (channel) has promised to make a video on 1942 in the future.

(2) The myths and realities surrounding Stalin's infamous Order #227

Digging into one of the most misunderstood (overpropagandized) events of the Eastern Front, with plenty of 1st and 2nd hand sources.

Fun comment that was made in response to the video:

"How dare he, doesn't he know that Stalin killed 54878294 bajillion of his own people?... Let's not forget he caused a famine in neptune that exterminated the reptilian population from the planet and that he executed 150 millons of martians, and he ate at least sixteen babies per day."

I love watching whatever video Eastory puts out, MS paint and all. His video on the French grand strategy and the German invasion is absolutely hilarious too.

Bit simplistic here and there, but quite fun indeed :)

It's out!
