Barik's armor suddenly disappeared

On the first spire, after I swapped Barik into my team, I saw another Barik standing there. I swapped him out of my team, I saw 2 idle Bariks:

Then I just left for Lethian's Crossing to find my second spire. When I set foot on the second spire, I saw a NAKED barik standing there.

His armor just disappeared! Is that a bug?

This sounds like quite a peculiar issue. Indeed this is a bug. Could you provide a save file for us to investigate the matter? Here's where you can find the files:
C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\Tyranny

As well, do you have any specifics on how this might have occurred, such as when this second Barik first appeared. Thanks very much for your support of Tyranny.

As for the second Barik issue, here are some details about it.
After I recruited Sirin, I kept her in my team instead of Barik. Then I went back to my first spire (that's my only spire at that time) to have some chat with Barik. I saw him in position 1 in the following picture.

Then I swapped him into my team. He disappeared from position 1 but another Barik appeared in position 2. After I swapped him out again, he appeared in position 1 again, but the other one in position 2 didn't disappeared.
I guess this bug may be related to that Barik has two different default positions?

Same bug, very similar context: adding-removing party members on top of a Spire, then suddenly there are 2 Bariks standing around after I've removed him from the party. I leave the area, return -- one Barik remains, but he's naked and lost all but 1 talents. (Ironman saves -_- )
