Basic Adjustment Surrounding Roads

It'd just be nice to have a good adjustment, to make basic road tools, like :
- crossroads on a custom place,
- Automatic transition from main road to parking lot for the cars and motorcycles, so the parking lot is not being blocked by trees, or hydrant, or whatever. This is the case right now for putting small decorative parking lot
- Normal road with median trees, that has the feature to create a place for u-turn at any place of our choosing, just like how it is in indonesian roads

Since the game is nearly end of life I'm afraid there will be no more changes in the game.
