I am on my playthrough with all three DLCs. I am no longer able to use the terraformers even with almost 4000 blight samples. It just says insufficient resources. I also have people assigned to each. I tried making new ones and still the same issue. If someone can help resolve this issue or if the devs can fix that would be great! I’m on Xbox Series X. Thank you!
