Basic Modder Question - How to Edit province

Where is the Province info kept (eg what file) or how can we mod them without using the editor that kills off the leaders?

I've got the province ID tags already now i just need to find em !

You can add that in the scenario file. Check out e.g. the 1936\Norway.inc file for how it's done.

The .eug file is another alternative, if adding it in a .inc file, please note that the province changes should not be listed in the country section, as that will cause the game to crash. Adding the info at the very top of the file will work (as is the case for the norwegian .inc file).
