Description​

In any game, ive started noticing it. i asked on the ck3 steam forum, and someone told me that the issue wasnt my mods *they were all for 1.16, or 1.16 patches*

Steps to reproduce​

It usually just happened naturally, wait for some kid to pop up, and boom. bro is the next "byzantine" emperor

ive observed it happen every game ive played. it happens often.
