Crashes when starting Career

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Can load the game, get all the way through the character creator and then the game crashes upon confirmation. Also tried to load the saved games, same issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Start game
Choose Career
Progress through Character Creator.
Crash upon final confirmation.

Or

Start game.
Choose Load.
Load any of the autosaves.
Crash.
