Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Finished tutorial. Got the cut scene. Then the game just barfed and reported that it had created the attached folder.

Greetings Mechwarrior,

While they log the bug on the back end did you try the following which have worked for some community members:

Set exe to run as administrator
Whitelist any and all game related programs with your antivirus.
Try changing res.
Try changing windowed mode.
