Save Data completely gone

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Went to continue campaign, option to continue to was greyed out. Checked online for way to fix, found Twitter post that said to restart. Did that, no success.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Have restarted game several times, save has not come back.
