SWEDEN 1682-1697
As was predicted in the previous AAR Sweden's income skyrocketed these 15 years because of high stab and huge potential for growth of trade income.
Trade income increased from 374d to 1051d per year and yearly income increased from 1276d to 2012d. An increase of 57% or slightly less than 4% per year. A personal record
Incomewise this puts us on par with Russia, our most feared neighbour.
However, not only money is needed to protect oneself, one need soliders as well. Because of this resources have been set in motion to create a big nice army for Karl XII to use. Supportable amount of men increased from 90k to 140k during the session and we have reason to believe even more men can be supported in some time.
Our NAP with Russia ends somewhere during 1702 or 1703 and then we must be ready to face the Russian bear who just have devoured Danzig and now no doubt eagerly studies the map to decide whom to attack. The king of SWE looks with kind eyes towards all victims of Russian aggression.
A colony was founded in Djugdur thousands of miles away from Muscovy but still the tsar was enraged when he saw it. He was heard uttering the word "WTF". Well, he had perhaps a hundred year to claim it no doubt, but he choose not. Naturally the Swedish governement assumed it was not an oversight but an intended non-action by Russia. SWE have offered to sell it to Russia should they really need it. Presently it has cost 4 colonists to establish this presence in the Djugdjur area. We are also prepared to help Russia clear of the pirates outside Enkan which their 10 ship fleet in Amgoun apparently are not able to do, since they have been lying motionless in that harbour all the session. Russia really needs to improve their naval tech.
A war together with ENG+DEN was conducted vs China in which SWE took upon themselves to capture Ganges which was done. At that stage SPA entered the war and our war leader the mighty ENG decided to first finish off SPA in Mexico. Thus SWE set sail for Mexico but when we arrived ENG already had a good command over Mexico and only had a few provinces left to capture (of which at least one was unfortified) and thus we sailed back towards China but during this time China had recaptured Ganges and that meant SWE lost an opportunity to establish a presence in the Indian Ocean. However, instead our brother in arms Denmark could get the Malayan COT so all in all it was a nice war for our alliance. Next time, if there is a next time, a joint chief of command must be established who can administrate, coordinate and synchronise the strategic implementation of the war plan in a more effective way.

AUS = 2 (constantly high value because of helping BrB vs The Evil Rapist (TER))
BRB = 2 (upgraded because of being raped by TER)
DEN = 2 (Alliance brother, although no increase because of Buttercoockie incident, see post 467 in game thread)
ENG = 3 (Good Alliance Brother)
FRA = -1 (decrease because of +200 relations with TER which only can be interpreted in one way: FRA is funding TER in his wars vs BrB)
RUS = -2? (downgraded due to 1. Siberian incident and 2. being TER he is)
SPA = +1 (increase because of apparent funding of BrB, relations between them +175)
Other = neutral
The question is: who will fund SWE in case we are attacked by RUS who has perhaps 3 times the MP of SWE and thus will sweep the floor with SWE after our army has been attrited away?
SWE is in dire need of a strong alliance partner.
