First of all, my mod has a 1453 scenario as well - so there! :

My bad. Then i don`t mind to play any 1453 scen.

Secondly, you claim about AoI being too historical - but you wouldn't mind playing EEP? lol

And as to using options... well... they are evil! Pure evil! So no options.

EEP gives much more new interest by a lot of new things, that was an idea.

Anyhow, my vote for a scenario is the one I'm most familiar with.

PE's 1520.

However, I am also fond of this aborigin culture thing, as I think it vastly increases the amusement and desirability of colonial wars. I don't know which scenario that is though.

That is editable with any scenario. Aborigin culture is also something i have in mind for this game. As it worked so well in the last games i've played

I vote 1520, too. It's the most balanced scenario there is apart from an AoR.

And Aborigin is a must. It's probably the only idea I've ever had that's actually stuck in the community.

I don't think starting before 1492 or 1520 creates a very balanced game.

Most of those games don't last past 1600.

Starting before 1492 also does queer things fo colonization.
