No log files are attached to this post. I see the screenshot, but that is insufficient to help you troubleshoot this issue. I am unable to replicate the problem - convoy missions work fine for me.

During the bug submission process, the form listed out the locations and files and steps that would need to be followed. These can also be found in the first post of this thread. For example:

Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

If you are on a Windows computer, press WINDOWS and R to activate the Run prompt, and then type
Code:
dxdiag
into the box and press enter. That will pop up a screen, and after the system collects the information, you'll be able to click a button that says Save All Information to generate a file that you can attach here. Do the same for each step listed in the first post, and you'll be able to provide the relevant files that will assist with troubleshooting.

I don't know where or how you are generating these files, but as you can see their contents look nothing like the one I posted.

Are you having trouble following this process?
In Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.
All we are trying to do is get a neat summary of your system hardware and OS, so @MarkDey can look into your problem.

im sorry, i had to do copy and paste because i cant upload the text file correctly, i hope this is it

I also have an Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max running Steam and playing Battletech. I'm having the same issue as reported in this post. Anytime I have an escort mission, when the convoy vehicles activate and appear, on the Allies Turn, they will NOT move. The circle just keeps spinning, but no vehicles move. This has prevented me from ever being able to play the Campaign anymore as at the beginning of the campaign you have to do an escort mission. When in career mode, again the escort missions will not work, so I have to skip them all. Once a convoy is activated, they appear but will NOT move during the Allies Turn. I have had the game since the initial release and have all the DLCs. I have over 900 hours of game time in the game. I really wish this issue could be resolved. I'll happily upload the required game files from the new Campaign I just tried to start today if that would be helpful. I can also do the same for my career mode game if that would help. To try to fix the issue, I completely uninstalled Steam and the entire Steam library with all Battletech game files. I then rebooted before I did a clean install of Steam and a clean install of Battletech and tried to start a new Campaign and the problem still persists.

Same issue here. I've noticed that convoy is actually finishing its turn if you wait 3-10 minutes. But the next turn would last 3-10 minutes again.

I started a new campaign today ran the first escort mission. You're correct, I had to wait 3-10 minutes and the escort vehicles would finally move. But each turn it took them another 3-10 minutes before they would move again. After about an hour, I was finally able to finish the mission.
