CTD after Mission Completion

What platform are you running the game on?
Steam

What operating system do you use?
W10

Which version of the game are you running?
1.9.1-686R - I am also running the 1.9.1.2 BTE mod package

What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint, Urban Warfare, Heavy Metal

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Periodic CTD after mission completion (after completing the salvage options, but before Argo reloads).

Steps to reproduce the issue
Most often will crash consistently after repeating the same mission a second time - but sometimes will not. :) Seems to occur perhaps a third of the time.

Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

Does this ever happen in a campaign which no mods have ever been used in?

But there is no crash in that log, I'm afraid - was it taken just after one of these crashes?

Yes - that was immediately after a crash. EventViewer records the error -

The vanilla game was fairly stable through a career. And the modded game was as well for the first couple weeks. If there is no crash reported in the vanilla game, then I'll trace through the other options (mod, hardware). Thanks again!
