€20 for Flashpoint... or €40 for the Season Pass which gets you Flashpoint, Urban Warfare, and a third expansion. I know which one I picked.

Also, it is a tad more than "a few more missions and three mechs".
Features Mitch mentioned in the new trailer:
  • Over 30 hours of content
  • Branching story-lines in every Flashpoint
  • 3 new 'Mechs (Crab, Hatchetman, Cyclops)
  • Special rewards (even LosTech)
  • New Target Acquisition mission type
  • New Tropical Beach biome

The 30 h content convinced me to get this.
I thought it´s "only" the Mechs and the biome.

Alright....Okay fine....it's done......Now to fire it up.....What are you all waiting for ? I see lots of "Not Installed" going on......

Price is pretty steep for what's been described so far. $20 is kinda pricey for 3 mechs, 1 new map, and 1 new mission that looks kinda iffy. I still don't know if Flashpoint campaigns contain unique missions/goals or do they just connect existing missions together? (ie assasination, followed by base assault, convoy, ect.). This was never really clarified in any of the previews. If the dlc is solid, its a definite purchase, but I'm going to wait a week or so for reviews first.

As far as season passes go, I'm going to wait until HBS clarifies exactly what each future expansion is going to entail. Last season pass I bought was for Battlefield 3 and each subsequent dlc seemed to be of lesser quality than the last (not saying that will happen here, but it made me question the wisdom of buying things sight unseen). Sounds like you'll only save like $10-15 bucks total anyways.

I presume that all Backer content has been delivered and that this is new content to pay for. Am I correct in that? Thanks.
Yes, Flashpoint and/or the Season Pass are all new DLC content beyond the Kickstarter.

Anything in the stretch goals unlocked during the Kickstarter we will hopefully see in updates but I would expect you to receive them in base game updates whether you buy DLC or not.

The DLC judging by Flashpoints alone will be well worth it going forward as significant content and replay additions.

Thanks! It's been so long since I viewed what I got in the Kickstarter Backer that I couldn't remember.

As for the new content, I'll be getting all of it. Oh yes, yes I will!

The Devs have done an outstanding job delivering a solid product. I've always felt I got what I paid for and then some. Quibbles? Sure, but that's like every software product ever. I fully expect more 5 start content from them. And from what I can tell, worth the wait.

Help me out here because I'm having trouble understanding this. In the video and our press release, we note that there's over 30 hours of new content in the expansion. What can we do to make that clearer for everyone? I'll do what it takes to get that message out there! ;)

Thanks!!

To do the math on it, it comes out to $13.33 per 3x $20 pack if you get the Season Pass before Oct 26th. You'd save $20 vs buying all three packs at full price.

Before someone mentions that @Havamal's post has titles hidden, I'll note that Football Manager 2019 is the only one omitted that's above the season pass.
I ninja edited in one without hidden titles, forgot to change that setting before snipping.( It defaults to filtering).
Corrected now.
Thank you for the heads up. :)

Hey, no problem. I have nothing filtered on Steam, so that yellow text header sticks out to me, but it's only natural you'd stop noticing it if you see it every time you do a search.

And yeah, #11 on its first day of sales is great to see. It'll certainly drop once the discount period ends, but it's a good sign.

For me it normally just excludes stuff I clicked "not interested" for.
Over time they add up. :D
