You might delete any saves you don't actually need any more.

However the error.log and crash stack seem to show this as a video-related problem. You are on the latest video driver but you might try disabling Ambient Occlusion in the game's video settings.

I see, that's a shame! Not left with much else to try really.

Is this just happening in one particular career or campaign? Or also in any new one you might try, as a test?

If the latter, has it always happened since you've had the game?

Hey, no I've just started playing again after a long break from the game and I believe i haven't played urban missions on my new machine. The machine is a year old but i think I hadn't played during that time. On my previous machine I loaded urban missions just fine, despite the fact that this is a MUCH better machine.

I haven't tried launching a completely new campaign, no. I notice that there were some older, similar bug reports..... any chance of a patch? Seems likely an issue with the video card :(

Really sucks that i paid for the urban warefare DLC and now can't play urban missions......

So far as I know there will be no more patches for this game, I am sorry. It's been over a year since the last one.

Was this campaign having this problem started under this current patch 1.9.1 , or some older one?

OK, so i started a career mode and as you hinted at, it does seem that the urban missions load totally fine when i start a new game - so only this campagin is broken. Does that mean i have to start the whole game over again>??!!!

is there any way to hack a new save file to skip ahead to where I am in my current game maybe?

This may or may not be expected, depending on how old the game version was you started this save under. 1.9 ought to be fine, before that the older they were the more likely compatibility issues would be.

Way over my head :) - try the modding forum maybe?
