One line summary of your issue
Injury recovery times are incorrect

What platform are you running the game on?

Steam

What operating system do you use?
Windows 7
Which version of the game are you running?
1.8.0-629R
What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint,
Urban Warfare,
Shadowhawk Pack,
Heavy Metal

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The injury recovery times are incorrectly listed. When a mech pilot takes an injury during a mission, the Mission Report screen lists a recovery time in days (for example, Medusa in my screenshot took one injury and has a listed recovery time of 17 days). Once I get to the main screen and can see the activity log, the listed recovery time will be a different number of days (same example, Medusa is listed with a 23 day recovery time in the activity log). The recovery time in the activity log is how long it will actually take. I will also note that when I had previously been playing the game regularly - which was several updates ago - a 17 day recovery time for a single injury and with the amount of medical points I currently have would have take that time, not 23 days. I have also had this issue with other pilots, and the issue is SIGNIFICANTLY exacerbated when the pilot takes multiple injuries. A pilot with 2 injuries will be listed around 23 days or so in the Mission Report screen, but then will be listed with a recovery time of over 40 days on the activity log. I unfortunately do not have screenshots or logs of that happening.
As an additional detail, this is in a campaign save file, but occurred in normal missions, not the main story line.
Have you tried verifying your files?
No

Steps to reproduce the issue
1) Have a pilot take one or more injuries, but survive.
2) Get to the Mission Report screen, and examine the listed recovery time.
3) Get to the main campaign screen, and examine the listed recovery time in the activity log.

I'm also seeing this bug. A mechwarrior takes a single injury, and it shows in the after-action report as a six day recovery time. In the activity list it translates to fourteen days recovery. This is with a fully upgraded Argo and no medical bonuses or penalties.

I didn’t notice this when I started my new career playthrough, but it is becoming more apparent as my pilots’ guts skills increase.

I think having a high guts might actually be slowing recovery times?

This is so annoying. At the moment, the recovery time for me is *twice* of what's shown in the after action report screen.

One of my pilots has 9 guts, I have all hospital upgrades save the final one. AAR says she's out for 8 days, she's actually out for 16 days!

I have just noticed this myself. I did notice that my medical points were showing in red, so there may have been an event that did something. I can't recall if there was an event where I gave up some supplies that lowered my total med tech points...I think that may have done it now that I think about it. Might check your saved games and see if the points are also showing as red.

I had two pilots injured in the same mission, the third of a new career. One has 4 guts (+1 health) and the other has 3. On in post-mission debrief, the heal times stated 14 and 17 days heal time. once I get back into the Argo screen, both are out for 23 days.

On my more advanced career, I have full med pods and 9 Guts and one injury put my pilot out for 20 days.

So to me, it looks like your med care is working, but the bonuses from Guts are not.

Same experience. I have 5 career fighters, all with 10/10 skills in all 4 branches. Now if they get scratched, they are down 2 weeks. I've got full Argo upgrades. Another user on Steam suspect that the traits files are screwed up.

What I noticed is that despite leveling up your Guts skill for more health points, the pilot profile always lists your health at 3.

Therefore, my theory is that the mission and after mission report correctly verifies your pilot has 4, 5, or 6 health, but seeing as your pilot profile health points still reads at 3 health, the game then applies your healing time on the profile health score instead of the after mission report.

The bug might be simply fixing the pilot profile health score to match your Guts skill.

I had an odd occurrence last night, I had a wounded Glitch who was out for 50+ days, and during the flight to get back to a campaign mission, she came "Back on duty" while still in the medbay. Thankfully there were still enough days left in transit time to get her out of the medbay before I arrived and could drop, I'm not sure what would have happened if she was both back on duty and still listed as out of action.

Continue seeing medical-related bug. This is after the latest Steam patch. PASSKEY injured on the job. Post-mission report says she's out for 6 days, which is expected and legit, giving fully completed Argo upgrades.
But barrackes reports she's out for 7 days. Confirmed also on the main screen, top right corner, that would show the overall status of mechs and warriros and travels.
