One line summary of your issue
No salvage after destroying 24 'mechs

Steam

What operating system do you use?
WIndows 10 64-Bit
Which version of the game are you running?
1.9.1
What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint,
Urban Warfare,

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
No salvage appears on the Salvage screen. All buttons - Confirm, Continue, and Menu are unavailable.

This happened specifically after an Attack & Defend mission in which we destroyed 24 'mechs and 4 turrets. Many of the 'mechs were destroyed by headshot, so presumably there would be a lot of salvage.

After closing the game and restarting, appears no ironman save was made, so I am back to where I was pre-mission (no apparent other lasting issues).
Have you tried verifying your files?
No

Steps to reproduce the issue
No specific steps to reproduce. Here's what I did before & during the mission that resulted in the bug:

1. Ironman Career mode approaching end.
2. Arrive to new system, view store, sell items.
3. Negotiate contract slider so it is +1 salvage/-1 cbills.
4. Play Attack/Defend mission, sandbag so I can kill all the 'mechs and maximize salvage.
5. Get a number of headshots with Gauss ANH-1A and MAD-3R.
6. Finish Mission. "Continue" through the Damage Report
7. The Continue and Confirm buttons on the Salvage screen were highlighted for a fraction of a second, then went grey.
8. Waited about ten minutes, nothing loaded.
9. Checked Task Manager - Computer functioning normally, no "Not Responding" message.
10. Take screenshot & close BT
11. Reboot BT, reload Ironman save. See that I am back to before I started the mission.
