Since Patch, all menu options now infinitate load

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since the new patch on May 2nd, version 1.0.1 of the game, I load the game to the main menu
-then no matter what option i click to play the game, New/load campaign, skrimish multiplay/single/mechlab
all lead to the infinite load screen

Steam edition of the game.
uninstalled it
Updated windows
updated video drivers
deleted save game folder
restarted system
-reinstalled the Game with a fresh download.
launched the game.
same issue. everything hangs.

Steps to reproduce the issue
multiple restarts, reinstalls, driver updates, windows 10 update.

all same result

no generated crash files since it hangs, but does not crash.

Playing on Mac for the first time and have no mods. I've clean reinstalled and deleted all the files and reinstalled about 5 times.. I also uninstalled Steam and the problem still persists. How about you just fix your game? Super disappointed and applied for a refund.

I think we'd know if no one could play this game since 2018.

Please attach this log file here:
~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

To find that file, in Finder do cmd-shift-G to bring up the GOTO box. In there paste ~/Library/ . You will see a /Logs/ folder, and inside that /Unity/ folder. Please attach that file player.log here by dropping it on this support ticket, or use the "Attach file" link here.

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.
