I find it annoying that I can't see how big another countries army is until I attack them. I only see their military tech, but even that is unreliable as you don't know what techs they took. I would like to see how many regiments they have because that is more clear than the tech level. Also, maybe a "flashlight system" where you can see if they are stronger, weaker or similar in army strength, like in CK3.

If you have allies, as you select allies to call into the war there is a war balance modifier, which would give you a vague look at how the two sides match up. Unfortunately once you can’t have allies anymore you can’t even see that, so at the very least I’d like war balance prominently displayed on that screen.
