Description​

the old queen who was my liege died by accident, she had many kingdom titles and then her titles were divided between her two daughters. But because when she was living, she declared me to be the next regent, so after she died i become both her elder duaghter(East Francia queen)'s regent----maybe it's because the East Francia was the old queen's main title, and also i became her younger daughter( Bavaria queen)'s vassal as a duke. this issue makes me cannot check my scales of power and cannot use regent power because i'm not a vassal of East Francia queen)

Steps to reproduce​

be declared to be the old queen's regent, and the kill the old queen to let her titles to be divided.
