What's the best aggressiveness difficulty for a good challenge?

I heard coward is best so that they develop their economies properly, but I want something a little bit harder. It's about 1600 and I think it's time to have them start fighting it and creating massive empires.

:well, playing on "furious" would definatelly entratain you BUt will not be chalange for you..only for ai against ai, so if you like to watch only then use that setting.

on "coward" IF you the leading country at least in SIZE then ai keeps and conserve to eventually go ALL against you even if they are in separate alliances ;) . and trust me, an ai is very very patiente to the end game in this respect :D so u must MAKE a mistake yourself, like disbanding all your troop :D

the main point is that it must be YOU affecting ai behaviour in fighting each other on "coward " settings ;)

Of course, aggressiveness level is important for wars declared by AI but this not the only factor. War values in AI files are important too.
And it is a fact AI not making war will spend budget for other (more valuable) investments.

As a sidenote, recommended aggressiveness level in AGCEEP is weakling.
