best mods

i have played several mods mod 33, mod 34, kaiserreich, mds
to me events and possiblitys are important. many events are in mod 33 and you have many ahistorical ways but koenig abandoned it and its not finished. mod 34 is maybe the best mod. most things work fine and so on. the idea of kaiserreich is just great. I hope they will continue their good work. good luck. mds is obviously a good idea but playing germany was not very interesting.
I like to follow the event chains. like playing germany and dont attack the sowjet union and then this sould start a new way. in mod 34 the sojets attack you in 1942 what i dont like. hmmm
ok so tell me what is your favorite mod and what would be the best miod for me with many events ect.

Kaiserreich has the most possibilities, because everything in it is ahistorical. . I really enjoy the newest version : Get it here !!!

The mod I've played most for HOI2 throughout the years are without a doubt TRP. Mainly for their superb AI.

havent played Yugoslav wars but will definitly try that but I will wait a bit until it is a bit more finished. it is still in the alpha or early beat state, isnt it ?

I like CORE for historical stuff, kaiserreich for ahistorical stuff and WIF for the challange. ModNN for a nice scenario with COMMINTERN EVERYWHERE!

Your post is focussed on mods for WW2, but if you want to play a post apocalyptic science fiction mod, try Fallout's Doomsday. More than three years in the making, it's quite polished now. It's a complete conversion of the main game.

FUSA(former USA) is very interesting to play. Lots of events, enemies on your borders, restoring glory of old USA...It's worth to try with them!

I tried TRP, WiF, DAIM of those "historical plus AI improvement" mods. In my subjective opinion WiF has best AI but you need to play historically. WiF also has most realistic battles in terms of combat duration and fastest movement speed of units for effective blitzkrieg.

I was observing that koenig thousand, no - million(!) times asked for translation help for "introducing mod" Iron Curtain and many people promised they will help and then nothing. Then suddenly koenig disappeared from forum Maybe Fernando Torres knows (knew) what is happening with koenig so I suggest you to PM him about koenig...
