Best time for multiplayer matches?

Hi all, I've been playing HoI2 for quite awhile now, but mostly in single player. I live on the east coast of the US and was wondering when the best times to play multiplayer matches would be. Also, are there clans that play matches or groups I could look into? Thanks for any reply.

But usually evenings, around 7pm EST seems to work pretty well.
