i was playing as the kingdom of jerusalem (started as boulogne) and i made two female coutiers my vassals (because they hand frankish names where as everone else had more muslim/arab/not european names. after a while i grew tired of waiting for my duchesses to die off so i saved and loaded up the game as the Duchess of Tyre. then after marrying her to some frankish coutier with no chance of inheritance to anything i saved and loaded as jerusalem. much to my dismay, when it finished loading i noticed that my dear Duchess Douce was no longer a part of my kingdom, and was inface Coutier in her husbands court O.O not only that but while she was a coutier in his court, she was still the duchess of tyre, and still my vassal X.X so i let it go to see if it would correct itself... and it never did. i also couldnt revoke the titles from her, as whenever id try and go to her it'd just take me to the count whose court she was in.
i only managed to continue past this because she eventually got into a war with damascus, and i let them eat her so that i could reconquer tyre for meself.
i have screen shots ill post later if u needs to see them, they show her in the counts court, stilla duchess and everything, aswell as showing that she is still my vassal.

and ya the other duchess went without problem, died off, and got a "country cousin" to become the new duke
