I have started looking into Titanium beta, playing Romania.
I didn't advanced into game yet, because I needed to make several corrections and modifications from the start, to make the gameplay more enjoyable.
I have split my modifications in several parts, so the team leaders of the Titanium project can choose easier what to include and what not.
First part contains corrections. There are some spelling corrections regarding Romanian unit names (armynames.csv, navynames.csv, unitnames.csv) and tech teams corrections. Some tech teams have their pictures wrong and some were changed to make more sense. Most of the pictures for Romanian tech teams were changed, and some were renamed, as following:
Carbosin -> Astra Romana
DT_UDR -> Resita
IAR -> I.A.R. Brasov
Malaxa Works -> Malaxa
Orita -> Copsa-Mica Cugir
MAN -> Standard Electrica Romana

Second part contains proper models for some Romanian divisions and brigades. The model pictures didn't make sense, for example for 1918 tank there was the picture of a Panzer IV. So, I have added new models in the models.csv file and added new pictures.
The newly added models added are:
Light tanks:
FT-17
R-1
R-35
R-2
Medium tanks:
T-3
T-4
T-5 (Panther)
Tank destroyers:
TACAM T-60
TACAM R-2
Maresal
Interceptors:
PZL P24e
Hurricane Mk.I
Me 109E
Fighters:
IAR 80
IAR 80A
Me 109G
TAC:
Savoia-Marchetti 79B
PZL 37
He-111
Ju-88
CAS:
Ju-87D
IAR 81C
Hs-129

Finally, an optional small modification restoring original map palette and correcting the national color of Romania to yellow (in political map view). Personally I didn't like the new map shades which looks to me too dark and strong, therefore this is for the original HoI flavor:
