Hi. Every time I install the launcher, I am forced to upgrade to a beta version and I don't want to do that., but every time it gets installed. Is there any way not to install? Thanks

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It ought to be that when you opt of of the beta in the launcher, you stay opted out.
Note that 2021.9 just got released overnight, I'm not even sure there is a new beta version yet!

Yes but not before that warning "restart the laucher to complete the update" I simply have no time to opt ou before automatic download happens.

It doesn't matter if it installs the beta version. If you then opt out of the beta, that should install 2021.9 and stick - does it?
what is the catch here?? opt out on or off? receive beta on or off? im i doing this wright?
See that orange dot in that last screenshot? That means the launcher has updated further, and you need to exit it and restart it to run that new version.
well...kind sir...tnx for your patience but..i already do all of this. The new version still is a open beta. I give up thank u.
