Betrothed Not Marrying

Description​

The current ruler of Lotharingia, whom I raised as a ward as I murdered my way through her family to get her on the throne, is betrothed to an unlanded member of my family. She took the throne and is an adult, as is her betrothed. I see no option to enact the marriage and they don't seem to be doing it on their own.

Also, at some point, her regent was erroneously labeled a "former spouse." I killed them too, just in case that was causing a conflict.

Steps to reproduce​

No idea. Betrothals usually work.
