So, I'm having a problem. I have 2 computers- 1 with an RTX-2070, which is better, and another with a GTX-1650, which is worse. The GTX-1650 loads my maps with no problem with all the assets and most of the mods-enabled, while the RTX-2070 computer crashes on the loading screen when loading a city. Could anyone help, please?

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
