Having played with bioships for a while now, I've noticed that they never get the repeatable techs for explosive damage or fire rate.
This makes explosive weapons like swarmer missiles very lacking in comparison to lasers and kinetic weapons.
Is this intentional, or is it a case of the explosive repeatables having bugged tech requirements for bioship empires?
