Biorobotics

Hi,

I'm currently on sol 669 and enjoying the game, however I'm struggling to find how to build biorobotics?
I've researched everything, built every building possible, got the workshop milestone.
The option to build biorobotics isn't showing in the drone assembler building (rocket ride workshops).

Can anybody help, or is it not an option because I'm playing on easy ?

You only get the option to build biorobots if you get the correct breakthrough, otherwise you cannot build them.

Thank you, it looks like I've got 2 missing breakthrough on the research screen (done 18, where as all other research goes to 20),

I've built the omega telescope and deep scanned all segments, so is this something I'm not going to get on this play through ?

Yes, you generally end up with a few of empty breakthrough slots unless you have the correct sponser and mystery.

You have to Start a new game. That breakthrough techs seams to be very random in every game. Also the nummer of that techs. Sometimes I have got the techs tree full. And in other Games there are missing 3,4 or 5... Hope that can help.

I'll be playing a few different times to try out the different mysteries, done 3 already and still no Biotech, lol

it's an enjoyable game though so not to worry...

I am on my third playthrough and have just gotten them on this playthrough, so they will appear at somepoint.
