Catholic bishop appointments under free investiture are not remembered after saving and loading the game. This is moderate annoyance when wanting to control the succession of several bishops with a poor memory!

Steps to reproduce:

1) Play as a ruler in a catholic realm with free investiture
2) Appoint a successor to a bishop via the religion interface
3) Save the game
4) Quit
5) Load the game
6) Check bishop successors

This is occurring for me on an ironman vanilla CK2 (no dlc) game as Poland/Bohemia in the HRE on latest patch (2.1.4 XQSJ).
