I finally got the game to install only to have this happen when i reloaded my game, nobody has a flag just a black square :wacko:

I didn't respond because I had nothing useful to contribute; seems like others aren't getting this problem either.
I've got no real confidence these will help, but you could try updating your video driver, and if that doesn't help then a full reinstall.
