Black lines in information box

Games loads ok I start a game and the sky-blue information window that shows the text of what the mouse is over (units, province details etc) has back thick lines that run from left to right. Have tried different screen resolutions, the problem was not present in the original HOI and did show up in the demo of HOI2 but I thought it was a general bug.

Help....

No alt-tabbing

I downloaded a new radon driver for the ati site that seems to have fixed it. Thou weather mode is off I wonder it is a conflict with that.

Cannot say, the only other two people complaining about it were both AltTabbing and when they avoided doing that then they did not get that problem.
