Black screen and rebooting at random points of the game

Title says it. Problem started after I saw 1.0.5 update at Launcher. At random point of the game I get black sceen and reboot with videocard throttling at full speed as it was overheating(it dosen't. all test shows 70 to 85 c). But Windows, sometimes, still working - I can, for example, hear youtube video on the background.
Windows memory & system log shows no problem at all. Only task manager reveals huge spike on GPU Graphic and videocard stop responding to Windows I presume.
Specs:
Win10 Pro
RYZEN7
24Gb DDR4
Radeon 6700
Drivers updated to oct 28.

hmm.... problem seems go away if I put shadow quality from 4096x4096 to 1024x1024.

Same Issue for me.
Drivers are at the newest versions. NVIDIA 1080 graphic Card. nvlddmkm process seems crashing at some point. Temperatures of CPU and GPU are in 'normal' levels.

Reinstalling the Paradox Launcher gave me 10 Minutes of playtime then crashes again into Blackscreen. Turning off Shadows doesnt help either.
Steam Local Files check was ok.

Some other Suggestions? Or do i have to wait till next update/bugfix ? :-(

IDK will it help or not, but try to disable bloom effect. This thing hits really hard on NVIDIA cards.

Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60.

Does that help?
