Black screen and sound on launch

Hi,

As so many other on the internet, im having issues with launching Prison Architect.
When i launch the game, an small window (think 800x600) appears and then the sound starts to appear.

System specs:
Windows 11 Pro
32GB RAM
Ryzen 3900x
RTX 2080

What ive tried:
COMPLETELY reinstalled Visual C++ (both x86 and x64)
COMPLETELY reinstalled the nVidia drivers - meaning im running on the latest version now
Deleted the Introversion folder in %LocalAppData%
Manually changed things in preferences.txt (Screen res, etc)
Sat the compability level to Windows 8 for the .exe files

I got no clues what to do from here, but ive attached the debug.txt logfile - and really hope someone can help me.

I see no clear cause of this problem in those files.

Has this game ever run for you on this machine? Or never yet?


DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Ran CCleaner and that seemed to have fixed the issue.
