Right after i launch the game i see nothing but a black screen during the loading files (i only see the Hourglass and the gauntlet) when the files is finished to load i still see the black screen ,also the game(CK2EXE) use around like 850k to 1000k memory ,then 2 min later after loading the files suddenly it drop to 22 k(ck2exe) but when i check window task manager it looks like the Memory usage CK2Exe is still up to 850k to 1000k.

my Pc is old but enough to play CK2

I see a similar thing trying to run 1.03b in an XP guest under VMware Fusion on my Mac (oddly 1.02b was OK in this respect). In my case I see the introductory graphics OK, but the game map itself is utterly black. I'm pretty sure this is due to your integrated video chipset.
 
I get the same thing and was told it's because CK2 requires shader model 3.0 but the integrated video card only supports shader model 2.0. Paradox released a legacy mode update for Sengoku that lowers the graphics requirements, and they said they'd do the same for CK2 but it might take a while.

Any word on the legacy mode patch devs?
 
Yes, I've since had it confirmed that CK2 requires both Vertexshader and Pixelshader to be 3.0 .
