Black screen/window when launched on MacOS

There is no sound/no error in logs/no crash, just a black window, and I tried once waiting for it for over 30 minutes nothing changed

The game version is the latest 3.3.3 via Steam

What I have tried to fix it:
1. Delete "~/Documents/Paradox\ Interactive/Crusader\ Kings\ II"
2. Fully uninstalled CKII from Steam then remove the folder at "~/ Library⁩ / ⁨Application Support⁩ / ⁨Steam⁩ / ⁨SteamApps⁩ / ⁨common⁩ / ⁨Crusader Kings II⁩"
3. Reinstall CKII
4. unsubscribe all workshop items
5. untick all DLC on Game Properties page
6. Start the game still the same black screen

So anyone can tell me how can I fix this?

Technically the game is not supported on Intel video systems, but that should not cause a problem like this.

Has this game ever worked on this machine?

There is no documents/paradox/ck2/logs/ folder at all, are you saying?

There are only 3 log files have contents (see attached), all other logs are zero bytes.

I don't remember if CKII ever work on my current MBP, but I have clocked few hours game play on my previous 2012 MacBook Pro with even lower spec Intel HD Graphics 4000 card.

That's unexpected, I don't really see any problem there. You could edit that settings.txt to say refreshRate=60 I guess.

What MacOS is this?
